If you've set up the Mailgun and Prospect Reach email account integration successfully and the replies aren't showing up in your Prospect Reach inbox, you can try manually installing an App Destination URL to your sending domain in your Mailgun account. Check out the following steps:


Go to your Mailgun account and follow the steps below:


  1. Go to the Receiving section of the sending domain/subdomain and go to the Routing section. Then create a New Route.
  2. Follow the steps in this image:


Destination URL:

At the bottom, set the priority to "10."


For the name/title, you can just type in your preferred title. For instance, "Prospect Reach sender #1".


Don't forget to click Save.


After that, wait for 10-15 minutes, then try to test the reply tracking again.




It can also be beneficial to ensure that the Open tracking and Click tracking options are turned on.


- In your Mailgun Control Panel, click on Sending on the left of the screen.

Select your domain name.


- Click on Domain Settings.


- Then turn on both the Open tracking and Click Tracking if they're both turned off:


Try to test the reply tracking in Prospect Reach after that.
